What do you help companies with – specifically?
I help executive teams and marketing departments prioritise, structure and accelerate strategic marketing. We define a clear positioning, objectives, KPIs and a simple “marketing operating system” your team can actually execute. The goal is more impact per krona – not just more initiatives.
What does a typical strategy workshop look like?
Typical setup: 1-2 days with prep work, a collaborative workshop and a focused 90-day action plan. We cover positioning, target audiences, messaging, channel mix and KPIs, and clarify responsibilities from week one. You get deliverables you can use from day one after the workshop.
Who are you best suited for?
Mid-sized and larger organisations that need clearer prioritisation and stronger alignment between strategy and sales. I often work closely with the CMO, Head of Marketing, CEO and Sales Director in cross-functional collaboration.
What can we expect within 90 days?
You’ll have an aligned leadership team around a few measurable priorities, clear messaging and an effective channel mix. A lightweight management system (meeting rhythm, dashboard, routines) that ensures forward momentum and early “proof-points” of impact.
How do you measure ROI on strategic work?
We establish a KPI tree (business → marketing → activity), set baselines and intervals for measurement. I recommend a lightweight dashboard (weekly/monthly) with few but strategic metrics. The point isn’t endless reports – it’s being able to turn knobs quickly.
Do you work with internal teams, agencies – or both?
Both. I help maximise internal capabilities and ensure optimal agency usage. We clarify roles, overlaps and expectations, and set deliverable requirements and decision points.
Do you deliver tactical work too?
Primarily strategy, prioritisation and governance – but I also facilitate setup together with your team/agency when needed to maintain momentum. The goal is that your team stands firm without ongoing consultant dependence.
How is the collaboration structured – onsite or virtual?
Hybrid. The workshop can be onsite (Bergen/Oslo) or virtual. Follow-up is often digital, via short, effective sprint meetings. What matters most is rhythm and ownership within the leadership team.
Pricing: fixed-price or hourly?
Most clients opt for fixed-price for the workshop + 90-day follow-up. Hourly works best for open consulting. I always provide a proposal with clear scope, deliverables and milestones before work begins.
How do you differ from a traditional agency?
I sit in the “leader’s seat” with you, not the “production seat”. First we create shared direction and priorities – then we discipline execution, regardless of who produces the work.
Can you show references or case studies?
Yes – please contact me for selected cases relevant to your industry and maturity level. I prefer sharing precise examples over generic “logo walls”.
